Made to order jeans

Please read the full description before purchase.  If you need additional pictures and/or questions about an item don't hesitate to ask.  Email at hello@joannesunnyk.com and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We will only accept returns for made to order items for store credit only.  Item(s) must be shipped back within 3 business days of initial delivery with tracking.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused, and undamaged with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Store credit will be refunded for the purchase price only, shipping charges are nonrefundable.  A credit code for the purchase price will be issued when the above conditions are met.  When redeeming the code, use as you would any other promo code to cover all or part of your exchange order.

To start a return, you can contact us at hello@joannesunnyk.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Customized items/ non-returnable items 

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom made to order clothing (due to nature of customization these items can not be returned). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges 

Exchanges can be made on a case by case basis.  The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will receive a store credit code for purchase price only, shipping is nonrefundable.
